Great quality and amazing service

I’ve gifted Baby Lucky & Lulu giftbox to friends with a newborn baby and the quality and care is just amazing. The quality of the gifts in the box is amazing, clearly a lot of care was taken with the gifts and wrapping. I chose to send with Australia Post which was quick. The box had a pretty ribbon and little card. There were some difficulties with the delivery which was entirely my own fault and the customer service and communication with Hampers by Design was outstanding and efficient to resolve the issue which (again) was entirely my own doing.
