Absolutely! Use the “Special Instructions” field at checkout to request specific customisations or contact us at 1300 474 586. We’ll do our best to tailor the hamper to your needs. Please note, additional charges may apply, and we generally ask for 24 hours' notice for customised gifts.

How is my hamper presented?

Each Get Well Soon hamper comes beautifully wrapped with attention to detail. A personalised message is included to make your gift extra special. If your gift is sent via StarTrack, protective wrapping may be used to ensure everything arrives in perfect condition.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes, we offer same-day delivery within the Perth Metro area for orders placed before 10 am. Orders placed after 10 am will be delivered the next business day. Please note that specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed, but we do our best to meet your requests.

Can I include a gift card?

Yes, simply add your message when ordering, and we’ll include a personalised gift card with your hamper. Your message will be printed exactly as you input it, so make sure to include who the gift is from.

What if no one is at home for delivery?

If no one is available to accept the delivery, you can provide authority for the hamper to be left in a safe place. Our courier will take a photo of where the gift was left. For deliveries via StarTrack, if no one is available, a card will be left for the recipient to collect the hamper from a designated location.

Can I track my delivery?

For gifts sent via StarTrack, we can email you a tracking number so you can check the status of your delivery. Hampers delivered via our in-house courier service within Perth Metro do not include tracking, but we will notify you when your gift has been delivered.

Do you deliver to hospitals?

Yes, we deliver to hospitals, but please make sure the recipient will still be admitted on the day of delivery. Include as much information as possible, such as the ward and room number. Please note that we are unable to deliver to ICU wards.
