I ordered a hamper in the morning around 9am and called to see if I was able to pick it up within the hour.
The hamper was organised beautifully and ready within minutes and they even wrote a note on it at late notice as I forgot to put it on my order.

I’ve gifted Baby Lucky & Lulu giftbox to friends with a newborn baby and the quality and care is just amazing. The quality of the gifts in the box is amazing, clearly a lot of care was taken with the gifts and wrapping. I chose to send with Australia Post which was quick. The box had a pretty ribbon and little card. There were some difficulties with the delivery which was entirely my own fault and the customer service and communication with Hampers by Design was outstanding and efficient to resolve the issue which (again) was entirely my own doing.

I meant to post this review back in June. I have used Hampers by Design over the past years and have always been extremely happy with the service and quality of hamper supplied. They have maintained their high standard over the covid period and the hampers arrive on time and in perfect condition. A pleasure dealing with an efficient and helpful company. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone wishing to order a quality hamper.

Great gift hampers to choose from and the added extras available are high quality too.
Delivery request was met which was appreciated especially with a last minute order before Easter.

After 2 other companies didn’t respond to my phone or email messages I was delighted when you replied to my query within hours and then once I placed the order online you phoned me to say you had received the order and would send it out that very day. I decided late on a Friday afternoon I would like to cheer him up and choose a sweet and savoury hamper from the large range. It looked delicious!! I was offered delivery on Sunday as it was Father’s Day, which was really appreciated so the recipient would receive it sooner than I had hoped. I had a follow-up confirmation from the Team via phone and email confirmation about my order and its arrival. The hamper was really appreciated and it’s being consumed on a regular basis!!!
