Hampers by Design is committed to protecting your personal information and we agree to comply with the National Privacy Principles (NPPs) set out in the Federal Privacy Act and administered by the Federal Privacy Commissioner.

What are the National Privacy Principles?
The NPPs regulate the way that organisations can collect, use, keep secure and disclose personal information. It also gives individuals the right to know what information an organisation holds about them and a right to correct that information if it is wrong.

Why does Hampers by Design need your information?
When you visit our website, there are certain details we require from you to be able to provide our services. This includes information such as your name, address and contact details. We also require the name, address and contact details of the gift recipient. We may also require information about the premises we are delivering our gift hampers to in order to assist with the delivery of Hampers by Design products.

Use of Information by Hampers by Design
Hampers by Design may use your information for purposes which you would reasonably expect, such as managing your account, billing, contacting you or providing customer support. Hampers by Design may use your information to notify you about new products, services or promotions from time to time. If at any stage you no longer wish to receive these communications from Hampers by Design you can contact us at info@hampersbydesign.com.au and we will remove you from our mailing database.

What information will Hampers by Design disclose?
The information we collect from you is strictly confidential. Hampers by Design will not disclose your personal information to any third parties, other than those who are contracted to us to keep the information confidential. We may disclose information where you would reasonably expect us to do so or where the disclosure is for an activity related to the purpose your information was collected for in the first place. For example, Hampers by Design may provide your information to organisations associated with the provision of Hampers by Design services for marketing and analysis purposes. Again, if you do not wish to receive these communications you can contact us.

By ordering online and confirming your acceptance of our terms and conditions, you declare that you are the person named on the credit card and have permission to use it. If we believe an order is fraudulent, we may release your details to the appropriate authorities

How can you access your personal information?
You are entitled to access personal information Hampers by Design holds about you and to amend that information if it is incorrect. To do this, please write to, or email us.

Complaints about breaches of privacy
If you believe that your privacy has been breached by Hampers by Design, you can lodge a complaint by writing to us at PO Box 1524, Wangara, Perth, WA6947.  If you are not satisfied with the outcome you may refer the matter to the Privacy Commissioner’s Office: Telephone: 1300 363 992 privacy@privacy.gov.au.
