Delivery Times

Our couriers make deliveries between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday(excluding public holidays). Orders placed at the weekend and public holidays will be delivered on the next working day.

Orders placed by 10am for Perth Metro Area can be delivered on the same day.

Orders placed by 10am for Perth Outer Metro Area may be delivered same day, however sometimes this will not be possible and it is prudent to allow 1-2 working days for delivery of these orders.

For deliveries to the Rest of WA and Interstate, these orders are sent by post utilising the services of Australian Air Express.  The estimated time for delivery is 3-4 working days however we are unable to guarantee this.

Gift Hampers sent by post

We pride ourselves on the presentation of our gift hampers and the quality of our products and as such:

1. All of our gifts are wrapped in a protective outer package when they are posted to ensure your gift reaches it’s destination in the best condition.
2. Some of our hampers are not suitable for posting. If the gift hamper is not suitable for posting we have marked it *This gift hamper is only available for Perth Metro Area and Perth Outer Metro Area.

Delivery of Refrigerated Products

Gift hampers that contain products requiring immediate refrigeration such as cheese and chocolate (summer months) must be handed directly to a person at the delivery address as we are not able to leave them unattended. If you are unsure whether the recipient will be at home we can:

1. Offer you a suitable replacement for the refrigerated product
2. Offer an alternative hamper
3. Deliver the gift hamper to the recipients workplace instead of their home address

Please note redelivery will incur an additional delivery charge.

Refrigerated products can not be posted. If your order is to be posted and contains a refrigerated product we will substitute the refrigerated product for another product of the same or more value.

Delivery of Multiple Hampers

If you order multiple hampers to be delivered to the same address on the same day in the Perth Metro Area or the Perth Outer Metro Area this will incur only one delivery charge.

Damaged Items

Great care is taken to ensure your gift arrives in perfect condition, however if an item arrives damaged please call us on +61 (08) 9206 1149 within 24 hours of the delivery.

Delivery Notes

Each gift hamper needs to be signed for by a person at the delivery address. If this is not possible you can provide us with an authority to leave the item. If we do not have authority to leave the item we will return the gift hamper to our premises and a redelivery charge will be incurred.

Please ensure all address details are correct. Incorrectly addressed items which require re-direction will incur a further delivery charge.

Hampers by Design uses highly reputable carriers to deliver its gift hampers, however from time to time delays may be experienced which are out of our control. We are unable to accept responsibility for these unforseen circumstances and are unable to refund / cancel orders as a consequence.
